copy powerprn.dll to sybase folders

打開powerbuilder 6.5出現以下錯誤"在 Windows 程式中開啟說明時發生錯誤：「功能未包含在內」或「說明不受支援」"

 

這錯誤是winhlp32.exe造成

偷吃步解決方式 => 不要讓它出現

將以下參數改為0，但HELP就是無法使用
